My First Home Purchase
Projects that I personally completed at the Renton House (with a good deal of help from family and friends!) included - a kitchen design and remodel, removing doors and building in archways, regrouting intricate glass tile walls, bath fixture replacements, refurbishing the built in cabinetry, lathe plaster repairs and texturing, fence installation, deck repairs, tearing down a mother-in-law unit and complete relandscaping.
Projects that I coordinated include hiring in professionals to install a new subfloor, retaining walls, and support beams; completely tuck point the exterior brickwork; regrade the concrete driveway adding a french drain; replace the roof and gutters, repair the facia, refinish the hardwood floors, plumbing and electrical repairs.
