I managed the Portland house as a personal vacation get-away and an AirBnB rental. Other than some paint and a hot tub replacement, the property only needed minor repairs and intensive landscaping maintenance.

Prior to sale I had a new roof installed, siding repairs completed, and brought in friends to assist with the exterior painting. I did the listing prep and staging with existing items.
